Som vi alle fikk med oss over helgen så klappet Will Smith til Chris Rock på Oscar utdelingen. Siden har klippet naturligvis gått viralt og folk har diskutert hva de vill gjort i samme situasjon.
Jeg personlig hadde nokk ikke brydd meg noe særlig, men hvis jeg skulle gjort noe med det hadde jeg tatt det i en av de mange pausene. Sønnen til Will Smith viste hvor stolt han var over fars handling og ytret på Twitter «And Thats How We Do It»
Nå som hele verden har sett har det gått opp for Will Smith som har prøv å lire det av seg på sosiale medier tatt til å beklage Chris Rock For hendelsen og si at dette ikke var noen måte å håndtere en vits på på Hollywoods kongelige hus.
En ting er sikkert er at ett eller annet vet hun Jada Pinkett Smith om Will Smith som holder han i båndet. For sånn hun oppfører seg er enda sjukere og tipper det var hun som fikk han til å klappe til Chris Rock.
«Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable. Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.
I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris. I was out of line and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness.
I would also like to apologize to the Academy, the producers of the show, all the attendees and everyone watching around the world. I would like to apologize to the Williams Family and my King Richard Family. I deeply regret that my behavior has stained what has been an otherwise gorgeous journey for all of us.
